Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

Missouri City is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Missouri City is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I was heading home from a road trip and discovered I had a nail in my tire. All the big tire places like discount were quoting me for $300 for new tire and installation. These guys patched me up for$15 and got me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend this place!

The service was good overall, but the price felt high. I paid $33 just to mount and balance a new tire that I already bought online. I don’t know if it’s inflation or just a different era, but I remember paying around $20 for the same service in the past. That said, the guy who helped me was super nice and respectful, and the work was done without any issues. If prices were a bit lower, I’d have no complaints.

I bought a tire here 2 weeks ago for $50 and I came back to let them know it was a bad tire. The person I talked to was Fernando. He was rude and unprofessional plus uncaring about replacing the defective tire. I highly recommend you don't buy your tires here. I left this shop and went to Walmart and purchased a brand new tire for $67. I will never come to this location for their bad business practices. They sale old tires! The manager at Walmart says that the tire was created in 2009. Shame on this business for basically stealing my money for a bad tire.

I don't like to post negative reviews, and I definitely don't like to post them when I'm angry. So, I let a couple of days pass to gain clarity and ensure I was clear-minded as I wrote this. I came to the shop on a Thursday afternoon because my tire had blown out early in the morning. The gentleman brought out a tire that was decent, but I tried to haggle for a lower price. He went to his boss, who I believe is named Fernando, and they pulled out another tire, which ended up being dry-rotted. They offered a lower price, but the quality of that tire, in my opinion, was so poor it shouldn't have been sold. I'll take some accountability and say that I should have just said no and taken the other tire. They ended up putting the dry-rotted tire on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the gentleman who took my spare off forgot to put it back in the trunk, so I had no spare in my car. Fast forward to Monday: the tire busted or "popped" on my way to work. Since the spare wasn't in my car and I had traveled out of town, I couldn't access it. Needless to say, the folks at the Westpark Tollway Assistance Department were very helpful in getting me situated. I was able to come back on Monday to show
